	Book Fair Diner; All you can Read! February 16-23, 2010 During the week of and before Spring conferences the Scholastic Book Fair will be displayed in our library. The students will have an opportunity to preview the Book Fair during media class. Families are encouraged to stop in and shop while they are at school for conferences. All the profits from the Book Fair will be used to purchase library materials and to support our author visit.
	Author Visit with Brod Bagert: April 15, 2010 Well known children's author, Brod Bagert, will spend a half day with Terrace students on Thursday April 15, 2010. Mr. Bagert will give presentations to all grade levels. There will be an opportunity to order autographed copies of his books before his visit. 	Reading Relays: Spring 2010 Reading Relays is an opportunity for fifth grade students to read books and show off their knowledge by competing against other students in the district. This year Reading Relays will be held at Ashland Ridge Elementary on Saturday, March 27, 2010. Terrace will be sending three teams to this district competition. You can check out reading list under Recommended Reading. Good luck 5th Graders!
